Ebenezer - Permanent Foster

BIO:
The kind people who took me out of the dog shelter asked if I could tell you a little about my self. I'll try but I am so scared and worried and sick. I heard once that people who have dogs have them because they love them, but I don't think that's true because I have never felt loved. My owner left me alone in our house and wouldn't come back for me and so the shelter people came and took me to their place. I have never been so frightened as when I heard I was on a "list" to become an angel dog. I guess I didn't much care because my heart was broken. Nobody wanted me. Then a lady with AGA came and put me in her car and drove me to a doctor who was gentle and kind and said I was sweet. I'm a good boy and I'm only about 2 or 3 years old. They call me a flat coat retriever. But I have things called worms and some especially bad ones called heartworms. Those things are "fixable" but my front leg can't be fixed. I have something that will make me an angel dog and AGA has promised to take care of me and make me happy and comfortable. Right now my leg does not hurt me but I am going to take some medicine so it doesn't start hurting and, for now, I can play a little and be a friend to everyone and rest in your lap. If you could help AGA and me by sending a donation to help with my care we would be so grateful. I'm sorry it won't be long before I have to leave you. It would have been so much fun to be adopted . But many orphans have gone on ahead of me and are waiting for me to join them. Then I will be all better again. Love and thank you, Ebenezer
