Meet our July Orphan of the Month, Barney!

Barney is a beautiful 8 year old golden. He is a very special golden for AGA because he is the AGA Anniversary Dog and rescue number 2,500 for AGA.  Barney has been on quite a journey with his health and managed to beat all odds to make a miraculous recovery.

He is now a very happy and healthy golden whose favorite activity is playing outside with his tennis ball and taking walks. Barney is a polite and loving boy. All he really wants is to have his belly scratched! This sweet, playful boy will make the perfect golden companion for one very lucky family and boy, does he deserve it!

Come see Barney and our other orphans at Adoption Day this Sunday, July 1st from Noon- 2pm at The Pet Set in Loehman’s Plaza!

Foster Brothers Reunited at the Waterpark

Woof Woof readers! My name is Sam. I wanted to show you these pictures of my former foster brother and I at the water park. My parents fostered Max before he found his forever home but we became fast friends.

I was so excited to spend the day with my old friend Max. We had so much fun at the water park! Here are some more pictures of us:

I’m so glad I got to spend the day with Max, I’ve really missed him! We both are so happy and loving life. Aren’t we lucky dogs? Well I’m off to play with my tennis ball!

Coby Loves His Forever Home

Woof Woof Readers! My name is Coby and  I was recently adopted. I’m really loving my forever home. Check out this  picture of me and my parents.

We are the best looking family!

My  mom and dad live next door to my foster parents with my best golden friend, Roman, so I still get to see my foster parents and hang out with my best friend! I don’t think life gets much better than this! Well I’ve got to go, mom and dad are calling for me, we’re going next door to play with Roman!

A Halloween Pup Update

Woof Woof, internet readers! My name is Jasper and I used to be AGA Casper the pup. I was one of the Halloween litter puppies and I thought you might like to see how I’m doing! I’m growing up to be a very active dog. I love running in the open grass, as you can see from my picture!

I  also think my family would say I’m turning out to be a very handsome boy! Well, summer is calling my name so I’m off to do what I do best – run and jump!

Christmas Puppies Reunite

Hi readers! I just had the best reunion outing ever! My litter-mates and I were Christmas puppies and our moms and dads bring us together each year for a reunion. It’s so exciting to see each other again and this year we had a swim outing at the Pet Lodge! Here is a photo of us at the swim outing:

 We were so happy to spend the day together again, especially swimming, one of our favorite activities! I wanted to share the picture of us having a blast at the PetLodge swimming pool. Now I’m off to take a nap, all that swimming makes for one tired doggie!
