Update: Okey dokey - now we are getting somewhere with some new information about me! Read on friends and I'll tell you, courtesy of the dog lady who is helping me find a home. I mentioned the first time around that I wasn't 100% golden - let's say golden and shepherd mix - OK? I love playing with toys and other dogs and people - especially people who like to snuggle up to me. I have perfect house manners and while I first thought I was 3, I am probably more like two. To be such a youngster, I need some training but I'm smart and it doesn't take me long to catch on. It goes without saying I need an active family to give me lots of exercise. So there you are - all the latest up to date news on me!
I'm a 3-ish year old boy who ended up in a dog shelter and no one came to get me. I'm healthy and kind of medium size but most important of all the volunteers at the shelter gave me a good report and said I had a golden heart and that I was a sweet boy. See, I might not be 100% golden retriever but if you can look past that you'll be glad you did. I got special permission to join the orphan goldens and I am so proud that I made a good impression. I still have a few things to finish up with the dog doctor and then I'll be ready to meet people and (keeping my paws crossed) get to find a brand new home. I'm so excited because I love being with people. Being alone is definitely not for me! Many thanks to every one for helping me - Hobbs
