BIO:
I came to America a little while back all the way from Turkey. I traveled with my best friend who might have been my dog mom but I'm not sure about that. I am sure that we really loved each other and she made me feel safe. When we found new homes we had to leave each other. That was a sad day. I tried really hard to make it work in my new home but my family said the neighbors complained that I barked too much and wasn't friendly with their 2 year old child. They say I kept getting out of my fence when I was left alone in the yard. So that's everyone else's story - I can't say words to tell my part. Now I need a new home. I'm very nervous around new people, women are usually just fine but it takes me awhile to warm up to men. Not to worry because I have a foster DAD, and dad says once I decide your OK, I'm one happy, affectionate & gentle golden. I would like a nice, gentle dog friend for company like my dog mom that I used to have. I miss her. Now I am scared and even though people are nice to me I don't know what is ahead for me. Please come and meet me and talk to the AGA folks who are getting to know me. Thank you from Opie
