BIO:
UPDATE: The biggest honor a dog can receive is to be helped in memory of another dog who was loved. That's what Pamela LaVoie did for me and for her sweet dog named Cheerio! She sent me $5OO for my heartworm treatment and her kindness makes me feel very special! I also have a co-sponsor whose name is Amy Dickson. Amy sent me another $100 to go to my medical fund because there are more expenses ahead of me with possible surgery. I never knew that anyone would care so much about me - thank you both for making my life better. I'm trying hard to live up to my name because I have only 3 legs that work and one that doesn't. Some mean person shot me and I didn't do anything wrong. I don't know why they did that. The bullets broke my leg and now I can't use it anymore. I'm just 5 years old and about 43 pounds. My toenails have grown into the pads of my feet and my new doctor says I have heartworms. It's a lot to fix I guess, but AGA said they'd help me with whatever I needed including a specialist. Can you help with a donation to pay for my heartworm medicine? I was told it's $500 and that seems like a lot so anything you can send would be appreciated. I miss my home and family but a new home and a new life sounds so good to me! We all need fences because we are used to just wandering around and we need to learn how to stay home. We have always been around other dogs so a dog in our new family would be great! We are not used to being alone! Please read on about my friends to learn more about us and what we need. Your friend, Brave
