Ace

My name is Ace, and I’m a sweet, goofy 2-year-old golden guy with a big heart and lots of playful energy. I weigh about 76 pounds and absolutely love to have fun, especially when it involves chasing a ball (I could do that all day).

I’m house-trained with good manners and have settled in nicely in my foster home. Truth be told, I mostly just want to hang out with my people. I even think I’m a lap dog (and will happily prove it if you let me). I love a good snuggle at night and first thing in the morning.

I enjoy meeting people and do well with adults and older kids, especially if they like to play with me. I need a fenced yard to run, play, and burn off all my energy. When playtime is over, I settle down nicely and am happy to relax.

I’d thrive as the only pet in the home, and with someone home more often than not (so I can get all the attention I love!).

I can take a little time to warm up, but I’ve shown myself to be a loving, loyal boy who just wants to feel safe and understood.
