Apple, a wonderful 9 year old female golden, had been adopted from AGA about a year ago (her AGA name was Maisy). Apple was rescued when her former owner turned she and her sister, Daisy into the shelter. Her Mom is going to school now and is no longer able to spend any quality time with her. We thought it was going to be hard finding Apple a new home but her foster family had this neighbor and the rest is history. Yep, Apple – (now LUCKY) is one lucky dog. She has a new mom and dad who take her for walks in the neighborhood twice a day which she really loves. She sleeps with them and she has a 14 year old doggy sister, Rosie who actually likes her (it’s a little Taco dog). So Lucky is the ‘apple’ of their eye!
