Not too long ago, I was picked up as a stray and waited at the shelter for someone to come claim me. No one ever did, but that turned out to be the luckiest twist in my story, because AGA swooped in and gave me the chance of a lifetime. When I got to my foster home, I felt like the happiest pup in the world. Fetch became my favorite game, squeaky toys became my prized possessions, and I couldn’t get enough attention from the people around me. For the first time, I realized how wonderful life could be. Then came my forever family. They had recently lost their beloved dog and were finally ready to open their hearts again. From the very first hello, I knew they were mine. Now, I’ve got two parents who work from home (hello, constant belly rubs), a big fenced yard where I can chase tennis balls to my heart’s content, and daily walks and hikes that keep me busy and happy. I may have started out as a stray, but now I’m living my dream as a loved family member. Thank you to everyone who helped me find my forever. My tail hasn’t stopped wagging since.
