If you’re hoping to share your days with a joyful, people-loving shadow, that’s me, Bruno, the 2.5-year-old, 61-pound boy with the big goofy grin. My road to AGA had some rough patches, but I never stopped being sweet and hopeful. I showed up to a shelter I have been to a few times before, but this time with blue paint on my head and an injured leg. They called my owner, but no one came… so AGA stepped in and said, “We’ve got you, buddy.” And wow — am I grateful.
I’m a total velcro dog who loves being close — on the sofa, in your lap, or curled at your feet. I’m fully house-trained, great in the car, and have lovely manners. I adore toys and happily entertain myself by tossing them around. I’m wonderful with other dogs and would be happy solo or with a buddy, but cats aren’t a match for me. A fenced yard would be amazing since I love to run and play.
Because I bond so strongly, I’d do best with someone home often — WFH, SAH, or a flexible schedule — so I’m not lonely for long stretches. Kids 10+ are a better fit since I’m enthusiastic, still a little jumpy, and think I’m part puppy.
