Buddy

Hi friends, I’m Buddy! I’m back with my friends at AGA, looking for my perfect home. My story started at the Douglas County Animal Shelter. I was just 2 years old and waiting for someone to notice me. Luckily, AGA did. We thought we found a perfect fit for me, but it just wasn’t quite right. That’s okay, though… sometimes the best things in life take a second try! I know my perfect person (or people) are out there waiting for me.

I’m a loyal, people-loving guy with an easygoing temperament. I love being near my humans as much as possible. I just get so happy to see everyone! I’m house-trained, know my commands — sit, down, and paw. Fetch might just be my favorite thing in the world.  I’m looking for a home where I can be your one-and-only dog. I’m working on my leash manners, so I’d love a person who can guide me and help me feel secure on a leash. I also need a fenced yard so I can play fetch all I want – whenever I want! I’ve got so much love to give — I just need the right home to share it with. Could that be you? I hope so. Love, Buddy
