Hi there, I’m Buddy, and this time, it really is forever. I came to AGA from a local animal shelter, full of hope and ready to shine. My first adoption didn’t work out, but sometimes it just takes a little longer to find the right match. I never let that slow me down. I’m a two-year-old charmer who loves attention and believes wholeheartedly that people are my favorite thing. Along the way, I was cared for by several wonderful fosters who helped me grow and feel loved. And then something special happened, my last foster realized I wasn’t just visiting…I was home. Just like that, I became part of their family.
They decided my name already fit me perfectly, so I’m still Buddy. I have a mom who works from home (which means constant companionship), a fenced yard for playtime, and a family committed to helping me be my very best self. I’m even working with a trainer to polish my leash skills — because a gentleman never stops learning. Thank you to everyone who believed in me and helped me along my journey.
