Hi there! I’m Calloway. I was once a stray roaming the streets of a little South Georgia town, but then the sweetest family found me. They held me just in case my owner came looking… but no one did. They tried to help me fit in with their other dogs, but it turns out I needed a different kind of home. That’s when Adopt A Golden Atlanta stepped in, and boy, am I glad they did!
I got all the care I needed, heartworm treatment, neutering, and endless love from my amazing foster family, who helped me through the rough days. They made me feel safe, wanted, and most of all, loved. I gave them all my love in return, and over time, it became clear that I wasn’t just their foster, I was their forever family. After finishing my treatments and getting the all-clear from the vet, my foster family decided I was already home, and officially adopted me! Now I’m living my best life surrounded by love, cuddles, and plenty of cozy spots to nap. No more worrying about where I’ll sleep. I’m exactly where I belong. Life is sweet, and I couldn’t be happier. Welcome home to me… Calloway!
