Hi friends, it’s me, Carter, and guess what? I finally found my forever home, and let me tell you… it was worth the wait. When I first came to AGA, I was a little lost, an unclaimed stray with heartworms and no idea what my future would hold. But AGA didn’t give up on me. They helped me through my treatment, gave me time to heal, and promised that someone special would come along. And then… she did. The moment I met my new mom, I knew my life was about to change. She looked at me like I was something special, and for the first time in a long time, I really felt it. She brought me home, gave me a cozy new bed, toys, treats, and most of all, her heart. These days, I’m living my best life as king of the castle. I’ve got a fenced-in backyard to explore, a couch with my name on it, and a mom who calls me her bestie (and I totally agree). We’re two peas in a pod, and I finally know what it feels like to be truly home. Thanks to everyone who helped me on my journey. I’ll never forget you. With love, Carter
