Retirement looks pretty good on me. At four years old, I came to AGA from a trusted breeder who was ready to let me start the next chapter of my life. I was mostly house trained and used to being outdoors, so moving into my foster home was a big change. I’ll admit… I felt a little unsure at first. But it didn’t take long for me to realize I was safe. Within a day or two, I was out of my shell and enjoying all the love and fun that came my way.

I showed everyone that I’m a sweet, gentle guy. I meet other dogs politely, and my foster knew I’d thrive with a canine buddy in my forever home. Lots of families were interested (I mean… have you seen me?), but when my people met me at a Meet & Greet event, something just clicked. Then I met Pepper, their schnoodle, and we got along beautifully. That sealed the deal.

Now I’m living the good life — parents who work from home, a big fenced yard for zoomies, and a new best pal to share it all with. My family thinks I’m the greatest, and honestly? I think they’re pretty perfect too. A wonderful match and a very happy boy. Love, Charlie
