Charlie,a big, big 6 year old male purebred golden weighing in at 140 pounds wasn’t your average golden retriever to say the least. His size was one thing but his personality was typical golden. Charlie’s owner had to move to take care of an ill relative and couldn’t take his best pal with him. This lovable guy has his masters degree in Couch Potatoism but he was open to new experiences. A family came to adoption day and sought him out. There he was and there were two kids and a mom and dad. Dad loved this couch potato and we think Charlie actually got up and then laid down immediately for a belly rub when he met the kids. Then he wrapped Mom around his paw and it was a done deal. Charlie had a new home and we hear he is losing weight and getting buff – sorta.
