Hi, I am Evan. I came to AGA with Eden, and we did not have the best start in life – but we are so thankful to be here now. I am a 2-year-old Golden boy, around 68 pounds, who is ready to trade my old life for a lifetime of love. Eden and I were used as breeder dogs, and when our breeder decided to stop working with big dogs, he dropped us off at a shelter and said he didn’t want us anymore, and that he did not care what happened to us. But the kind people there refused to give up on us, and neither did AGA. The very next day, AGA came to rescue us, and my whole world changed.

I wasn’t cared for very well before, so I have some healing, physically and emotionally, to do – but I am so ready for it. I would do best in a home with another dog to keep me company and a fenced yard for playtime and sunshine. I’m excited to learn what it is like to be a part of a family, and I can already tell — it’s the best feeling ever. Hopeful Kisses, Evan
