Hi, I’m Gatsby, the big, handsome boy with a heart as golden as my fur! I came to AGA when my family realized that juggling two large dogs and a growing toddler was just too much. It was a hard decision, but they knew I deserved a home where I could get all the love, time, and attention a guy like me needs. I’ll always be grateful for that.

When I arrived at AGA, I was… well, let’s say extra fluffy. My amazing foster mom got me started on a fitness journey (I like to think of it as “operation swimsuit ready”) and discovered I love fetch, exploring the backyard, and sniffing around for treasures. I even started shedding some pounds, go me! I also discovered how much I love playing with other dogs and going for walks. So when AGA found the perfect family, one with two friendly golden brothers, a stay-at-home mom, a retired dad, and tons of love to go around, I was all in.

At our first meeting, the three of us romped like old pals. It was instant chemistry. I now have a family that includes two four-legged brothers, a mom, and a dad who are almost always home. Oh, and did I mention they take their pups on vacation with them? Total jackpot. I’ve settled in so well, and I finally feel like I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. Thanks to everyone at AGA for helping this big-hearted boy find his happily ever after. With love and a wagging tail, Gatsby
