Latte

Hi! I am Latte. I am a devoted, energetic companion with a big personality. I am a 1.5-year-old Golden/Pyrenees mix who’s learning what it feels like to belong. I came to AGA after being found as a stray with Coffee, who might be my sister, and ever since then I’ve been discovering how wonderful family life can be. I’m playful, affectionate, house-trained, and full of young-dog enthusiasm.

I’m an alert boy who takes his “guardian duties” seriously. I love to stand watch inside and patrol the fence outside, especially in the evenings. I’m very aware of my surroundings and I never hesitate to let the neighboring dogs know that I’m on duty. I would probably do best as an only dog, but I may be able to live with a very calm, well-socialized dog with slow introductions. I need to be engaged and given plenty of exercise and structure. I would do best in a home with no cats or small animals.

I’m sweet with kids, but because I’m energetic and still learning my manners, I’m best suited for homes with no children or older kids. I would love a family with dog experience — someone patient, active, and ready to keep teaching me with positive reinforcement. I really need a big fenced yard, lots of daily exercise, and a person who works from home or is around most of the day, since I’m not ready to be alone for long stretches. I’m young, smart, loyal, and full of heart. With the right guidance and plenty of love, I’ll become the amazing companion I’m meant to be. I am ready to find my people who are ready to share their hearts (and sofa) with me. Love, Latte
