Hey there, it’s me, Loki! When I first ended up as a stray at the Catoosa County Animal Shelter, I didn’t know what my future would look like. But I had a feeling those piercing green eyes and my stylish coat might just catch the right person’s attention, and I was right! AGA saw something special in me, and I knew my lucky break had finally come. They quickly learned I’m a smart cookie (I mean, I can open doors!) and a total social guy who loves meeting new people and dogs. But I also needed the right kind of home, somewhere without little kids, where I could be the goofy, energetic star of the show.
Enter my new person! She’s an experienced AGA adopter and knew exactly what a guy like me needed. The moment we met, she saw past my wild-child energy and knew I was the one. Now, I spend my days going on long walks (so many squirrels to chase!), curling up on the bed and couch (I take lounging seriously), and hanging with my new canine friends, my adopter’s daughter has two dogs, and we have the best time zooming around their fenced yard. Life is good. I’ve got love, fun, freedom, and a person who gets me. Thanks to everyone who helped me find this second chance. I promise I’m making the most of it. With tail wags and door-opening skills, Loki
