Maya is a 4 year old female purebred golden. Her former family who had raised her since puppyhood lived in a small apartment and had a new baby. They wanted Maya to have space to run and play and also to get more attention. A very special family had recently lost their beloved golden and the house just wasn’t the same — but was it too soon to get another? That question was answered when they met Maya! She was perfect. She loved riding in the car which was good since her new job would be to go with Mom n car pool duty. And, she loved swimming and her new family had a lake house. Yippe! Maya has her very own kids to raise too. Everybody is really happy now. Oh, contrary to what this photo shows, Maya does not normally wear a child’s hand as a hat.
