My name is Meadow, and I’m a quiet, gentle girl just beginning a brand-new chapter. For most of my life, I was a breeder dog, used to spending my days outdoors, running free during the day and sleeping in an outdoor kennel at night beside my sister. Now, thanks to AGA, I finally get the chance to learn what it means to live inside a home and soak up human love.
I’m about 4 years old and weigh around 54 pounds. I’m still a little shy as I adjust to this new world, but I’m incredibly sweet and have a very soft temperament. Having another dog around makes me feel safe, and I truly need a canine companion in my future home to help guide and comfort me.
Because I’m still learning indoor life and gaining confidence, I’ll need a securely fenced yard and a family who understands that I can be a flight risk if frightened. I’m working on house training and making progress every day. A calm, patient home with another friendly dog will help me continue to blossom at my own pace.
