Rosie

Hi friends, it’s me, Rosie! Well, actually, my new name is Scarlett, but my heart is still the same… just much braver now. My journey wasn’t easy. I grew up with a family who loved me but realized I needed something different, someplace where I could truly bloom. I was a little shy and easily startled by new things, but my foster family helped me see the world wasn’t so scary after all. I learned that car rides are actually so much fun and that being close to my people makes me feel safe.

Then, one day, the most wonderful family came for me. They already had another AGA alum named Remy, and they understood what it’s like to love a dog who’s still learning to trust. Now I get to spend my days with them, playing in the backyard, going on nature walks, and curling up in my very own doggy room when I need a little quiet time. I’m surrounded by love and comfort, and for the first time, I feel completely at peace. Thank you, AGA, for helping me find my forever home. I may have been timid once, but now I’m stepping boldly into my new life, one filled with joy, companionship, and endless love. Love Scarlett (formerly Rosie)
