After 3 years, I convinced my owner/breeder that having puppies was not in my plans. I always knew I was destined for family life and someday I would have my big chance. To get ready, I have been working on all my new skills and so am good at: 1. Friendly 2. Affectionate 3. Liking other dogs 4. Loving bath and body massage 5. Surveying kitchen counters (probably not acceptable in people’s homes?). Still “in progress”are house manners, car riding and leash walking. But I know I will excel at those too because I am determined to be ready for my new home. I would also like to learn about sports for dogs and maybe meet a family dog who already lives in my new home?
