Hi there, I’m Suki, a 1.5 year-old female golden mix with a big smile and an even bigger heart. I was picked up as a stray by a rural shelter, and when no one came looking for me, AGA stepped in to give me a fresh start. While I don’t know much about my past, I do know that I’m ready for a bright future filled with love.

Everyone I meet says I’m incredibly sweet and approachable. I love people, I’m friendly with other dogs, and cuddles are absolutely one of my favorite things. When I took my freedom ride, I was a little nervous at first (big changes can be overwhelming), but I settled in nicely and walked well on the leash. My transporter said I was such a good girl.

I weigh about 53 pounds right now and could stand to slim down just a bit — but that just means we can take fun walks together and help me feel my very best. I have a very happy, friendly temperament and truly just want to be near my people.
