Dear Friends of Adopt A Golden Atlanta,
As we welcome the warm and sunny days of summer, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible work happening at Adopt A Golden Atlanta and to thank you, our amazing community, and volunteers for making it all possible.
This summer season brings more than just longer days and happy, wagging tails in the sunshine; it brings a renewed sense of purpose and passion. We’ve had an inspiring start to the summer, with many deserving dogs finding their forever homes, thanks to your continued support, love, and advocacy. Our fosters, volunteers, donors, and adopters are the heart of our mission, and we are deeply grateful for every single one of you.
But as we celebrate these successes, we also face a growing need. Each week, more Golden Retrievers are coming into our care, many with urgent medical needs. From surgeries to specialized treatments and routine care, our veterinary expenses are rising fast. These dogs rely on us, and we rely on you.
If you’re able, we kindly ask for your continued support through donations. Every dollar goes directly toward saving lives and ensuring each dog gets the second chance they deserve. No gift is too small; it all adds up to something truly golden.
We’re also looking ahead to an exciting summer full of adoption events, community outreach, and opportunities to get involved. Whether it’s fostering a dog in need, volunteering your time, or simply sharing our mission with friends and family, there are so many ways to make a difference.
