As we move into spring, I’m reminded again of the incredible power of rescue, and the community that makes it possible.
Every volunteer hour, every foster home, and every donation helps us say “yes” to the next Golden in need. Medical care continues to be our greatest challenge, as many of the dogs who come to us require urgent treatment before they can begin their new lives.
If you’ve ever considered fostering, now is a wonderful time to get involved. Opening your home, even temporarily, can truly change a dog’s future.
I also hope you’ll join us at our Goldens Are FURever Gala on May 1 at the Atlanta History Center, our largest fundraiser of the year and an incredible celebration of rescue.
