Hi, I’m Alpha Pup, but don’t let the name fool you, I’m more sweet sidekick than tough guy. At just 8 months old, I’ve already had quite the start to life. My sister Delta and I were rescued, and though things weren’t always easy, including a tough fight with Parvo, we’re both healthy now and ready for our next chapter. I’ve spent the last month recovering at the vet, which means I haven’t had much of a chance to explore the world or make many friends yet. No toys, no snuggles, no warm laps, just quiet waiting. But that just means I’m extra excited to catch up on all the love and adventure I’ve been missing.
I weigh about 48 pounds, though I’m still working on putting on some healthy weight. I’m a Golden/Great Pyrenees mix with a gentle heart, curious eyes, and a big puppy soul that’s ready to learn. Since I’ve had limited socialization so far, I’d do best in a home with another calm, spayed or neutered dog who can help show me the ropes. I’m not used to home life yet, but I’m eager to learn what it means to be part of a family, walks, treats, toys, naps, cuddles… the whole deal. If you’re patient, kind, and have a little room in your heart (and home), I’d love nothing more than to grow up by your side. Love, Alpha Pup
