I am so glad that much of my old life is not in my head anymore. I am only putting in things about my new life since AGA got me and the good things started to happen. See- I came to them with problems after a kind family found me and took care of me. When they found out I needed special help they asked AGA to let me be one of their orphans. My new doctor found out I needed to have my knees fixed because they had been hurting me a lot and it was getting hard to walk. I’m only about 4 and I felt like a very old dog because I couldn’t run and play. It looked like it might be a long time before I could search for a family but then someone said they wanted to meet me. Turned out to be my new mom! She even had a brother dog for me who has a very important job as a therapy dog and he is going to teach me how to be one too after my knees are all better. We’ll go out in the car to places where people need us. I can’t ever remember being needed before but my brother tells me there is nothing like it! Thank you everyone who sent money so my knees could be fixed. They call me “Gabby” now but my old name had “Angel” in it. I think all of you who helped me are the real angels!
