Meet Annika Golf, wife to Norman and mom to those 8 golf puppies. Annika is around 2 years old and is a wonderful dog. After spaying, she had to undergo heartworm treatment…and our friends at Dekalb Tire stepped up to to pay for her treatment. Now that her little ones have all found loving new homes, it was time for Annika to find hers. She was adopted by a wonderful family who had previously adopted from us. She has a great new mom and dad. Unfortunately they recently lost their senior lab but kindly decided to open their hearts to another best friend. They saw Annika’s story and were so touched that they asked to meet her right away. Now, Annika now has Moonpie, an AGA alumni and Nancy, an Austrailian Shepherd mix, to hang out with everyday. Annika has definitely struck gold (it’s the least a golden rescue could do for her)!
