They call me “Apple”. Isn’t that a silly name? I’m a girl who is only 14 weeks old and just 22 pounds but I’m growing everyday! I was found, lost, walking the roads with two big goldens who are here with me at AGA’s orphan house. They might be my mom and dad but I’m not sure. It was pretty scary out there but I was lucky to have big dogs to protect me. Goodness, can you imagine? All kinds of bad things can happen to a little one like me. And now thanks to AGA, I have a great new family who plans to pick where my guardian goldens left off! My mom and dad picked me as an early Christmas present for my human siblings. Whnen I came in and met them for the first time mom put a beautiful red bow around my neck. My human brother and sister were so excited and, of course, I was too! And I can tell they really love me. My brother was careful not to hurt my feet on the deck like it hurts his bare feet. Then my sister took me upstairs and showed me all of her stuffed puppies and promised they would be mine when she got older. It is going to be great here and the Christmas tree stand is a really unique kind of water bowl – everyone laughs every time I drink from it. So now I have a great new dad who loves his video camera and a stay at home mom, and my very own human kids! I am finally home! Love and hugs – Apple!
