Hi everybody. I’m a 2 year old boy. Notice anything different about me- compared to most of the other orphans? Well, you take a golden retriever and do some magic and presto changeo, you have a black dog called a flat coated retriever. Who would have thought it? The only part that doesn’t change is that we are just as sweet and lovable as our cousins the goldens. I got lost and ended up in a shelter kind of far from here but the nice people there talked to the nice people here and the rest is history. Funny how the things that we think are bad wind up to be good for us! For me that means, I have a brand new family! My new dad is self-employed so he’s the boss and sets his own hours, mom is a teacher so she has great hours too and I have two human siblings who know a thing or two about throwing a ball.
