My name is Auggie, and I’m a golden boy who is about 4-years-old (I may be a little younger), and a little underweight at 62 pounds. I have a sweet heart and a gentle nature.
For most of my life, I’ve lived outside. I watched the world from a fenced yard and hoped for attention whenever someone came by. Lately, though, my space kept getting smaller, and a kind neighbor noticed that I deserved a better life. Thanks to some good humans looking out for me, I’m now safe with AGA and getting the fresh start I’ve been waiting for.
Even after spending so much time outdoors, I’m still a very sweet, affectionate boy. I did great during my vet exam, get along with other dogs, and I’m always eager to be first in line for treats. When I’ve been inside, I’ve done well and haven’t had accidents in the house.
What I’m hoping for most is a home where I’m not just the dog in the yard, but a true member of the family. I’m ready to learn, bond, and discover how wonderful life can be when someone chooses me. Lots of Love, Auggie
