Bailey is a 3 year old red male golden. He is a big boy, weighing in at 96 pounds (which mean he needs an exercise program). Bailey was brought to a shelter by his owner and given up because she said she couldn’t handle him. The shelter called us immediately. We can’t figure out what she couldn’t handle. Bailey can sit on command, hold his paw up for “shake” and then when you take his paw he falls over for a belly rub. He is knows exactly how to win you over. And, he is so smart, we think he just didn’t like his owner (who was handling who?). He is good with other dogs and everyone who meets him loves him. Bailey has a new home! He has a wonderful new mom and dad, 2 new human kids to look after and one new doggie sibling. Bailey is going to be a busy boy running around playing with his new kids, they are so excited about having a new dog in the house! And Bailey’s new canine companion is busy showing him all about family life! With all this activity those extra pounds will soon be nothing more than a distant memory. Bailey’s life is sure to be golden!
