Well it was a long time coming but I made it. I guess I was as worn out as all the people who tried to help me at AGA. I was a tough one alright! I’m not yet two years old but I can be a handful I guess. But if it wasn’t for some VERY persistent folks at AGA I wouldn’t be in the best place in the world and that’s exactly where I am. My mom is the boss of a place called Noah’s Ark. It’s not a boat like the first one but it is very full of many animals that have been saved. Some (or most) are animals I’ve never seen or imagined. People can come there and visit them. I was also surprised to see another AGA golden here. He used to be called Theodore but now he’s Zulu. We live in the house with Mom and Dad but I think we’ll get to meet visitors pretty soon when we kind of learn the ropes here. Then we will be volunteer helpers. Right now I can’t begin to remember who all the people are and their names and every time I look around I see a different kind of animal! Once I saw a bear and a tiger and a lion all living together! That’s just the way it is here- lots of things you’d never expect and everyone getting along like friends. You should plan to visit – you’ll never forget it! It’s in a place called Locust Grove. Remember don’t look for a boat- look for lots of smiling faces and kind people! Love, Barley
