Here I am, finally well and healthy and with a new family and in a new home. No more days in a crate, a yard with a fence for running and playing and lots of new adventures ahead of me. Some days I never thought I’d make it because after 11 years it sometimes seemed too late to expect much. But every day that passed I felt better and better and I started to get my hopes up. Do you know I was adopted exactly 2 months to the day after I came to AGA? It took that long because I needed lots of pills and needed my teeth fixed and had to have some more tests. When I was ready it wasn’t anytime at all when my mom and dad to be told AGA they wanted me. I got to meet my mom and she showed me pictures of my new house in Florida (I have a house in Marietta too) and my new dog brother and cats and even two rabbits that were waiting for me. I still had to wait for some tests to be done but mom came back and got me and now I am home. I got a bath and all brushed before we left and I love riding in a car so that was something I looked forward to doing,. Now I live in Hollywood, Florida and I live pretty close to something called an ocean and mom is going to teach me how to swim. There is a beach just for dogs! My brother dog is going to help too. I don’t think the cats or the rabbits are going to be much help though! My new family shows me every day how much they love me and it makes me feel really special. I am a very lucky boy- Love to everyone at AGA- I miss you all but I think this is where I was meant to be all along. Bear
