Belle, a 6 year old female golden, was brought to the shelter because her owner couldn’t take care of her ears anymore. He just walked away and left this special girl all by herself to face an uncertain future. The shelter called us and after a vet visit, we knew we could get her ears cleaned and fixed. A wonderful foster mom did just that and then found her a wonderful new Mom and Dad to adopt her. Belle also got a big golden big brother who she thinks is pretty cool. Belle was smiling when we last saw her and was acting like she had belonged to her new family for years. Actually, bad ears means wonderful years for Belle.
