My name is Blazer Pup, and I’m a 10-month-old boy, about 50 pounds, with a golden heart and so much love to give.
I was found wandering in South GA with two other dogs. We were hungry, covered in fleas and ticks, and clearly had a difficult past. Thankfully, AGA stepped in and rescued all three of us, giving us the fresh start we desperately needed.
It did not take long for me to open up. I love people, belly rubs, kisses, and being close to my humans. I’m house-trained, walk nicely on a leash, and am always happy to soak up attention. I ride great on the golf cart and love swimming in my foster parents’ pool!
I’m a smart, food-motivated boy who learned “sit” in just one day. After settling into my foster home, I finally realized that food and toys are something I will never worry about again. In my forever home, I will just need a dog-savvy family to help me continue becoming the best boy I know I can be.
I’m very much a pack dog and would love a home with another friendly dog. I learn by watching other dogs and gain confidence from having a canine companion around. I’ll also need a fenced yard and someone who is home most of the time to continue my training and help me succeed.
For now, I do best being crated when left alone and overnight as I continue settling into home life and learning routines.
