I have the best news ever! I have been adopted by my new family which is mom, dad and brother one and brother two. Me and mom are the only girls here and we take care of all the “men” in the family. I am a 1 year old Great Pyrenees girl and mostly I can only remember being in a shelter and being very sick after AGA rescued me. The shelter did an operation on me while I was there and I got a bad thing called an infection. At first I went to another home but then they sent me back to the shelter because the dog that already lived in that family and I didn’t like each other. I think it was because I didn’t feel well but I guess no one figured that out. When AGA came for me my new doctor said I needed lots of medicine and time to rest and I even had to have another operation to fix the mistakes from the first one. It was a bad time and I was so upset to learn it was costing about $650 to pay for everything. But guess what? Some angels named Bobby and Jeannie Haralson and their two goldens Mary Catherine and Lisa Marie paid my bill for me. It was the first good news I had had in a long time, I was sad to hear that Mary Catherine is a real angel dog now because she was too sick to stay here. I think she is all better now. I will never forget any of this wonderful family who cares so much about goldens. Now I have my very own family and my very own backyard with a safe fence so I have plenty of room to play I’m going to watch out the window for the stuff called “snow”. It’s white like me and I’ll get the boys to play hide and seek and I’ll bet they will have a hard time finding me in snow. Ha Ha- I can’t wait! Love you all, Bo Peep
