Bob is a small 15 month old male English Creme from the Breeder 21 gang AGA rescued in June. He was only 8 months old when he came to AGA and already had a pretty rough life. Sadly, he had two blown ACLs and a broken leg. We were more than happy to reconstruct Bob’s blown ACLs and help him recuperate so he could start a better life. Along the way, we found out that Bob was terrified of lots of things with the exception of other dogs. In foster care he made wonderful progress. With the help of other dogs he learned that life with humans can be great. He also discovered the joys of playing fetch and being scratched under his neck. We needed an adopter with love, patience and understanding to show him what a warm, safe forever home can be just as his foster family did. Well, mention accomplished! When he met his new family they saw a little pup with a terrified and broken heart. They fell for Bob immediately and he fell for them too. After a slow process of getting to know one another and making sure everyone was comfortable Bob found his new home. He now has a new mom, dad, a golden sister named Sophie and his very own doggie nanny. He also has a new name – Bobby! His future is now full of joys – lots of toys in which to play tug a war, a big round bed with his name on it and lots of love and patience. His new family vows to make sure Bobby and Sophie are completely happy and Bobby learns that his beginning life will disappear with the new year.
