Brando, a 5 year old purebred male golden, had an owner who became seriously ill and could no longer care for him. Brando had been kept in the backyard most of his life and when we got him, he was found to have heartworms. After two months of treatment, Brando was healthy and looking for a new family. And, boy did he find a good one! Brando has a new dad that works part-time from his home so he gets to help him everyday at the computer. Dad also has a girlfriend that Brando likes a whole whole lot and she has a dog too — Brando’s a pretty happy dog.
