Hi- I’m a 2 year old boy golden who has just arrived at AGA with my pals “Candy” and a little girl named “Apple”. What a relief- it’s a big responsibility to take care of two girls and poor Candy accidentally tried to eat a stick, and Apple was scared and goodness, everything went wrong I think! Now we are all safe and I can rest and have some good food and pretty soon a new home! People say that I am very friendly and I sure try to be a really nice dog that everyone will like! I did have some bad news though. I had heartworms (so does Candy) and needed medicine that costs $500 to get rid of them. A very nice man and lady, the McMahon’s, gave me the money to fix me! I wish I could thank them in person. I am so relieved. Now I don’t have to worry about it. I have had enough worry lately to last me a long time. I just wanted to think about my new home and family which I hoped would happen very soon and guess what? Thinking about it made it happen. See there was this family with a big empty space where their golden used to to be. He was very old and it was his time to go but he told them, “Find another goden- that will make me the happiest of anything you could do.” And there I was just waiting for them! I have a dad and a mom and two very fun brothers so what more could a fellow want? Thanks to everyone who helped along the way- it was a lot of people and you all made me feel special. Love, Brickel
