I am 7 or 8 years old and I am here to tell you that it’s really true – that when a senior dog gets adopted it is because their new family is something special!  And to adopt a dog with special needs puts them at the very top of the list.  It was hard leaving the only home I’ve ever known and it was scary to think I might not find people who would give me my medicine.  But, my new mom and dad came along and they thought I was perfect!  I think they and my two big brothers are too!  I feel like a youngster again!
