Hello – you can call me Buddy. I am a 7 year old , purebred Golden Retriever that was looking for a new permanent home. I used to live with a fellow who was going through some hard times so he left me with a neighbor and asked her to find a new home for me. This was back when it was cold outside and she really, really tried to find me a home but said I was too special to let me go to just anyone. So, she taught me how to be an inside dog and to have good manners. Before that I lived outside and didn’t know much. She told me that AGA was my best chance to find a brand new home where I will be loved and appreciated. She couldn’t say enough nice things about me and was taking really good care of me when AGA found my new wonderful family! This great couple just lost their golden and really missed having a dog like me around. We met and I needed them as much as they needed me. I love my new home with a big backyard and Oh Boy and pool too! My new mom will be home with me most of the day which is real nice and I overheard them talking about getting me a dog best friend to play with….paws crossed! Thanks so much to my foster mom who taught me how to be a inside dog and of course AGA for finding my forever family.
