This is Buddy Calhoun (yes, another Buddy but this one doesn’t get a number, he gets a last name). Buddy is a 19 month old male golden who lived on a horse farm in Calhoun! Buddy has lots of energy and to burn some of it he chased the horses. He thought it was great fun, but he wouldn’t stop. One day, he chased a horse and it ran into the barbed wire fence. The horse will be OK and so will Buddy…. but no more horses for this guy. His owners asked us to find Buddy a new home – so that is exactly what we did. He has a great new mom, a one year old canine companion and a kitten. We imagine with this active household Buddy won’t even have time to think about those horses. Mom works just down the road from home so Buddy will get plenty of mom time and plenty of exercise. So no more farms for this guy, this sweet boy is finally living the good life – indoors!
