Buddy Canton – “Canton” was added to distinguish him from the gazillion of other dogs named Buddy who have been in our program. He is an absolutely gorgeous 6 year old blonde boy who found himself in a local shelter … twice. We only know that the second time he was returned by a family who adopted him for a couple of days and then returned him because he didn’t take kindly to their toddler jumping on him while he was sleeping. (well, duh!) Then AGA angels stepped and now Buddy is home sweet home. He has a wonderful new family, who are also AGA volunteers, that are mindful of his special needs – no unruly toddlers and no sharing his people with other dogs. Well, at home there are no toddlers and no other dogs! Perfect for Buddy and he couldn’t be happier! Now his new peeps are spoiling him rotten and giving him all the love he could ever want!
