I didn’t know it then but the day they said I couldn’t go that that Louisiana place was my lucky day! Now I have found my real place in life. You see, I’ve been told I am very photogenic- that means I look good in pictures. Who would have thought it? After 10 years of being anonymous (I had help with that word) I am now on my way to the big time. The luckiest thing that has happened since I had to leave my first home is that I found my new mom and dad and they really, really needed me. They had to say good-by to their two goldens. That’s really sad for people to think about, I know, but I think the two goldens are having a big time and are happy to be together! It’s just hard to let them go but I’m doing my best to fill their shoes. Not that goldens have shoes but you know what I mean! I also have to work and help my mom and dad because they have the things called cameras that can take pictures and we have to go on “shoots”. That’s photographer talk. I am learning how to pose and trying to figure out my “best side”. Mom and Dad say all my sides are perfect! Now I’m going to practice my autograph. You have to put your paw on your fans autograph book and step down hard. That should be easy. I have so much to look forward to and I am kind of holding my breath that I might get a sister golden for Christmas. I hope Christmas comes fast! She’s probably waiting for us! I thank you all so much for caring about me, Your friend, Buddy
