Butch, a wonderful 10 year old male purebred golden, was living in a dark apartment and had to be given to us due to eviction. Butch was so happy to be in the fresh air and he loved riding in the car. Butch went to a wonderful foster who had recently lost their golden and didn’t want a dog yet but wanted to help us out. They soon found out that Butch was a love bug and just wanted to be petted. He was the kind of dog who never lets you out of his sight. He deserved to have a family who wanted a loyal companion. So Butch came to adoption day and lots of people fell for him. That’s all it took. Butch’s foster Mom realized she couldn’t let him go. She and her husband loved him. So, today Butch stays home with Dad who is retired and Dad and Butch share leisurely days waiting for Mom to get home. Life is good and Butch will never get evicted again.
