Cal, a small 7 year old purebred female Golden, was found wandering the city’s streets. A kind lady saw her and picked her up and then called us. Cal was a perfect little golden who loved bellyrubs so when a retired couple was looking for a new addition to their family we thought of Cal for them. We knew Cal would love all the children and grandkids and absolutely deserved all the attention this family had to give. Thank goodness Cal loves riding in the car because she rode all the way to Virginia right in between two of those grandkids. (Those kids read ‘Sparkles’ to Cal so she knew she was on her way to her forever home.) When Cal arrived, it was love at first sight. Virginia is for lovers you know.
