Casper was found wandering the streets in South Carolina and although he wasn’t a 100% Golden Retriever on the outside, he was pure Golden on the inside. This fun, affectionate boy found a new mom and dad and even has two kids to raise and protect. It was a perfect match — so perfect that we doubt Casper will stray too far from home.
