I started out in a shelter and I’ve been with AGA for a while now and I thought I’d get a home right away because we pups are pretty popular. I met some families but they didn’t take me home because of my eyes. Remember I told you the doctor said I had trouble seeing some things but it wouldn’t get in the way of playing and chasing balls and growing up to be a big boy. Every time a family walked away from me I just got sadder and sadder. I was very discouraged but my foster said, “You just wait, we don’t care if they are walking away because some special people are coming to get you. Wouldn’t you rather wait for them?” That made good sense so I watched out the window and waited. Then one day we all went to the big golden circus in this huge yard and guess what? The “special” people found me. They already have a boy golden that used to be an orphan and they have some cat things which are totally new to me! My dad used to work but now he is ‘tired and stays home. I don’t know how he can be tired unless it’s from playing with me and my brother. We do boy games and when mom comes home that’s who gives all of us hugs! Good thing I waited isn’t it? From your little friend, Charlie
