And I was RIGHT! As I said in the beginning, it only takes ONE to want a senior dog and I found her! Starting out in a shelter at 9 years is pretty frightening when you think most people look at younger dogs. My new mom just retired – to the beach-no less- so how lucky is that! I can tell SHE doesn’t think about getting to be a senior and I’m not going to either. Maybe we both need to get new bikinis-ha ha! I am so happy to be home and she makes me think of that song about a four leaf clover- especially the last line about the 4th leaf which goes, “No need explaining, the one remaining is somebody I adore”. That’s exactly how I feel about my new mom. I am looking forward to a wonderful life! Hooray for seniors! Love , Clover
